- I reply to people a lot, similarly feel free to talk to me regardless of if we're mutuals
or tell me off if it bugs you? I don't know how twitter is supposed to work I just like talking...
- block/mute/unfollow/follow/whatever at your leisure
- I block a lot of people for sometimes stupid reasons. don't think too much of it
